These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Visiolog regarding your access to and use of the Visiolog application, software, and extraction studio.
2. Description of Service
Visiolog provides document-to-spreadsheet OCR transcription and data analysis tools. Features include converting images and PDFs to CSV/Excel grids, editing extracted cells, and exporting structured datasets.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Your Data
You retain all rights, title, and ownership of any images, documents, and spreadsheet datasets you process. Visiolog claims no ownership over your files or transcribed tables.
3.2 Software License
Visiolog software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3) and standard open-source terms.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations
The software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Optical Character Recognition and AI vision models may occasionally produce transcription inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted data prior to critical financial or operational usage.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
